⁽³⁾The calculation of the personalized discount is carried out once a year, over a 12-month reference period running from March 1 of each year to the last day of February of the following year. The personalized commercial discount determined is then activated no later than March 15 of each year. When creating their account, the professional customer benefits from a 5% discount. This discount is reassessed once a year, over a reference period running from the date of the first order until the last day of the following February. The personalized commercial discount is then updated no later than March 15.
